Terms of Service

By accessing or using Vyntra ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid account holders.

Vyntra is an AI-powered marketing platform that generates marketing strategies, social media content, and campaign assets for businesses. The Service uses Anthropic's Claude AI to analyze business information provided by users and produce marketing content.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To use Vyntra, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

You agree not to use Vyntra to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
• Submit URLs or business information that you do not own or have permission to use
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent the platform's systems
• Resell or redistribute generated content as an AI generation service to third parties
• Use automated scripts to generate content beyond your plan's limits
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Vyntra offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscriptions. Refund requests after 7 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@vyntrai.com to request a refund.

Plan limits: Each plan includes a monthly generation limit. Unused generations do not carry over to the next billing cycle.

Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.

Your content: You retain ownership of any business information, URLs, and descriptions you submit to Vyntra.

Generated content: Marketing content generated by Vyntra using your inputs is provided for your commercial use. You may use, modify, and publish generated content without restriction, subject to Anthropic's usage policies.

Vyntra IP: The Vyntra platform, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by Vyntra and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reproduce any part of the platform.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs
• The Service will meet your business objectives

AI-generated marketing content should be reviewed by you before publication. You are responsible for the accuracy of content published using Vyntra's outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyntra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vyntra in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases and your data is scheduled for deletion within 30 days.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms, with or without notice, and without refund.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vyntra operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
