Vyntra ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Vyntra platform, an AI-powered marketing campaign generation service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service at vyntrai.com.
By using Vyntra, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and name via Clerk, our authentication provider.
Usage data: We collect information about the campaigns you generate, including input URLs, business descriptions, and generated content. This data is stored to provide you with your project history.
Billing information: Payment details are handled exclusively by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment data on our servers.
Technical data: We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited to operate and improve the service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Vyntra service
- Process your AI campaign generation requests via Anthropic's Claude API
- Manage your subscription and process payments via Lemon Squeezy
- Send transactional emails (welcome, usage alerts) via Resend
- Monitor service health and prevent abuse
- Respond to your support requests
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your generated content to train AI models.
4. Sub-processors
We share data with the following trusted third-party service providers to operate Vyntra:

5. Cookies
Vyntra uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication (managed by Clerk) and language preference storage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated campaign content is retained until you delete the project or close your account. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records for up to 7 years).
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Object to processing of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
